AKYÜZLER OTO LEASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DRIVER AGE AND DRIVER CERTIFICATE
Your driving license and age conditions are as follows:
Economic Class: At least 2 years of valid driving license and 22 years of age to be completed.
Medium Class: A valid driving license of at least 3 years and 24 years of age.
Upper and Luxury Class: At least 5 years of valid driving license and being 27 years old.
Users who do not use a Latin alphabet license (Russia, China, Syria, etc.) must present their international driver's licenses and passports (if they are not a T.C citizen) during their rental.
RENTAL TIME
The rental period is at least 2 days (48 hours). In case of delay, for each additional hour, 1/3 of the applied fee and if the delay exceeds 3 hours, the full day fee will be charged.
MILESTONES
The mileage limit varies according to the rental days and is indicated in the table below. Economic class vehicles for leases of 30 days and above are limited to 3.500Km, middle class vehicles 3250Km, top and luxury class vehicles are 3000Km. If the mileage limits are exceeded, 0,85 TL + VAT will be charged per km.

DEPOSIT
Our rental customers are required to have a credit card arranged on their behalf during the rental. Although this credit card may vary according to the group of the vehicle they rented, a pre-authorization of 2,500 TL for economic group vehicles and TL 1,000 for upper group vehicles for middle group vehicles may be blocked.
FINDEKS INQUIRY

FUEL
Vehicles are returned at the delivered fuel level. The fuel difference between the purchase fuel level and the delivery fuel level will be requested from the lessor by adding a service charge of 30% depending on the fuel prices at the time of delivery.
ONE WAY RENTALS
In the event that the vehicle is picked up and returned to another office, 1 TL + VAT, which is the one-way fee provided by Akyüzler, is applied.
ADDITIONAL DRIVER
In order for a person to be used outside the vehicle to be used, the valid identification and driver's license information must be written to the contract at the beginning of the rental and the additional driver's signature must be included in the contract and the additional driver's fees for the day must be paid. If this rule is not observed, the insurances received shall be deemed invalid and the tenant and the beneficiaries shall be held responsible for all damages.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGE
If you notify us of your cancellation request up to 24 hours before your purchase time, the total amount you paid for the rental will be refunded to your credit card.
If you cancel the purchase of the vehicle without notifying us at the scheduled time of purchase and / or notify your purchase request less than 24 hours before your purchase time, the remaining amount will be refunded to your credit card after deduction of a daily charge. is not the subject.
TRAFFIC FINES - HGS / OGS
Traffic fines belong to the tenant. 10 TL + VAT service charge is charged separately for traffic fines paid by Akyüzler. If the vehicle is retained from traffic, this period is added to the rental period.
For HGS service used in toll motorway and bridge crossings, the usage fee and additionally 10% / rental service fee are charged separately from the rental fee.
INSURANCE AND ASSURANCE
